Standard Australian Post Shipping

A flat rate of $10.50 will be applied at the checkout when you select Standard Shipping within Australia. We expect your delivery to arrive between 5-7 days depending on location, after shipping email has been sent. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped with a tracking number to check up to date when your parcel will arrive.

Express Australian Post Shipping

A flat rate of $14.99 will be applied at the checkout when you select Express Shipping within Australia. We expect your delivery to arrive between 2-3 days depending on location after shipping confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped with a tracking number to check up to date when your parcel will arrive.

Warrnambool Door Drop Off

A flat rate of $4.99 will be applied at the checkout when you select Warrnambool Door Drop Off. Once you receive you email that your order has been shipped, you will receive your parcel within the next 24hours, PENDING Sale days, this time may be longer.

** Conditions Apply, your delivery address must be located in Warrnambool (3280 post code) which should be specified on your order form. Any orders that are outside of Warrnambool, you will be contacted directly to make further payment for shipping or change local addresses.

Returns

7 Days to Return

After your parcel has arrived we allow 7 days for you to check your garment/s for damage or faults. If you do find your garment is faulty due to a manufacture error, please contact the Little Roo Team at Littleroo.thelabel@gmail.com or fill out our contact form on our “Contact” page and we will kindly help you resolve the matter. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. Once garments are worn and washed they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a clear indication of a manufacturer fault is present. Appropriate care labels and safety tags will be included in your order.
